Experienced Employment Lawyer

Massachusetts attorney Michael Ackerstein is the founder of Ackerstein Law. Mike’s practice focuses exclusively on employment law and he primarily works with employees. Mike recognizes the challenges faced by employees in navigating the legal system, their employers, HR departments, and state and federal agencies. His practice is tailored to allowing his clients to focus on their lives, careers, and families, while he manages the stressors of legal analysis, negotiations, or litigation.

Prior to opening Ackerstein Law, Mike worked at a large national firm practicing management-side employment law. Mike lives in Needham, Massachusetts with his wife and children.
